The board of creditors of Onix Capital SA, a company through which Alberto Chang was involved in attracting investors, approved a US $ 500,000 financing fund in order to be able to litigate outside Chile with a view to assets and money that the entrepreneur maintains abroad.

According to lawyer Rodrigo Rettig, who presides over the board of creditors and represents 14 of the victims of fraud, this is a fund that will allow the liquidator of Onix capital SA, Carlos Parada, to carry out various steps in his task of achieving " Of the assets "and thus pay those who intervened in Chile in Chang's business.

"There they were concerned to see the effectiveness of the actions we could take and the good results we could have. If they had thought otherwise, they would not have accepted us," he said.

The fund implies that Parada, who as a cross-border liquidator may act outside Chile in the countries authorized by the Superintendency of Insolvency and Reinsurance, may contract different services to search for Chang's money.
